Most independent dealers know they should post stock every day. Most don't, for a simple reason: it's nobody's job. The sales team is selling, the admin team is doing paperwork, and the principal is buying cars. Social media gets done when someone remembers, which is usually Saturday morning.

We built the daily branded post to remove the "someone has to remember" part.

What happens every morning

Once a day, TruFlow looks at your live stock and picks one car to feature. It prefers the car with the most photos, so the post starts with a good image, and it avoids repeating the car it featured last time. Demo accounts are skipped.

It then builds a 1080×1080 image from that car's hero photo with a dark titanium band across the bottom carrying:

  • Your dealership logo, taken from your own TruFlow settings.
  • The price and stock number, straight from the stock record.

Alongside the image it writes a short caption for the car. Both appear as a card on your TruFlow overview with a notification, so whoever logs in first in the morning sees it.

You stay in control

Nothing is posted automatically. The card gives you two choices:

  • Publish to my channels: edit the caption if you want, then send it to the social accounts you've connected in TruSocial in one click.
  • Skip today: dismiss it if that car is about to sell or you'd rather feature something else.

That keeps the habit going without handing your brand over to a robot.

The rest of the October TruSocial updates

The daily post is the part dealers see first, but it sits on top of a bigger set of changes that make social leads actually reach your DMS:

  • Meta vehicle catalog feed. Your stock is available as a catalog feed, including the newer Marketplace product format Meta moved to this month. That powers catalog ads, which show the right car to the right buyer.
  • Click-to-WhatsApp promotion. Promote a specific car with an ad that opens a WhatsApp chat with your dealership.
  • Facebook Lead Ads into your CRM. When someone fills in a Facebook lead form, the lead arrives in TruFlow automatically, with no exporting spreadsheets from Ads Manager.
  • Closed deals reported back to Meta. When a deal closes, TruFlow tells Meta, so your ads learn from people who actually bought rather than people who clicked.
  • Reviews in the inbox. Google and Facebook reviews show up in the same inbox as your messages, and you can reply from there.
  • WhatsApp follow-ups after 24 hours. WhatsApp only allows free-form replies for 24 hours after a buyer's last message. Approved templates let you follow up after that window closes.

Why it matters

Posting regularly, answering every message and knowing which ads produce buyers aren't new ideas. What's new is that none of it needs a separate tool, a separate login or a separate person. It runs off the same stock record your team already keeps up to date for the showroom website.
