TruDealers has no monthly fee and no per-user fees. You pay R1,500 once to get set up. After that you only pay, in credits, when you run something that costs us money: a valuation, a vehicle check, an AI scan or a PDF report. The price is on the button before you tap it.

The core system costs nothing per month. Stock, deals, DocHub paperwork, eNaTIS forms, invoices, accountant exports, TruLens photos, the basic TruInspect inspection, your showroom website and the automation all run with no monthly fee and no per-user fees.
1 credit = R1. Some actions cost us money every time you run them, so they cost you credits. You top up, you use, you see what you spent.
Every paid action shows its credit price on the button, or when you hover over it, before it runs. Nothing is taken off your balance without you seeing the price first.

Pay per use in credits. 1 credit = R1. No monthly minimum. Credits stay valid for 36 months.
Opening an inspection, taking the photos, doing the checklist and saving it to the car cost nothing. Your first 5 AI damage scans are free, then 300 credits (R300) each. Beyond that you only use credits for the PDF report, the AI damage scan, the remote inspection link and vehicle checks run from TruInspect.

One small panel in your DMS shows:
Plus two buttons: "Top up with PayFast" and "I've made an EFT payment".
We won't stop you mid-deal. If your balance runs out, the action still goes ahead and your balance goes below zero. Your next top-up clears what you owe first, and the rest becomes new credits. Accounts that stay unpaid can be suspended.
Credits you pay for expire 36 months after your top-up is confirmed. We use your oldest credits first, and the DMS reminds you 60 days and 30 days before any credits expire.
Established dealers can ask to be billed monthly in arrears instead of topping up. You use the system as normal, get one statement for the month, and pay by EFT. Payment is due on the 25th of each month. We set this up by arrangement.
The price you see is the price you pay. There's nothing added on at checkout, apart from the PayFast fee if you choose PayFast, and that's shown before you pay.
