One system to run a used-car dealership: stock, deals, eNaTIS paperwork, photos, inspections, your showroom website and your marketing. Load a car once and it flows everywhere it needs to go.

There's no monthly fee to use the system. You pay R1,500 once to get set up, then you only pay for what you use, in credits, when you run something like a valuation, a vehicle check or an AI scan.

No. There's no monthly rent to cancel. If you stop using it, you stop paying.

No. Your sales team, yard staff and admin all log in with no per-user fees.

No. It runs in the browser on a PC or Mac, and on any iPhone or Android phone.

R1,500 once-off. That gets you a standard showroom website from our template, with your logo, one brand colour, your contact details and your domain, wired to your DMS lead widgets. Custom design is quoted separately.

1 credit = R1. Paid actions are priced in credits, and the price shows on the button before you run it.

The core system: stock, deals, DocHub paperwork, eNaTIS forms, invoices, accountant exports, make and model lookup (R0, logged only), TruLens photos, your showroom website and the automation. In TruInspect, opening an inspection, photos, the checklist and saving to the car are free.

Top up any amount, with no minimum in the DMS. Pay by EFT (free) or PayFast (card or Instant EFT). PayFast charges a 3.5% fee, and we show it on the top-up screen before you pay.

No. Every paid action shows its credit price before it runs. Nothing is deducted silently. Your credits panel shows your balance and your last payment.

Your work carries on. Your balance goes below zero and your next top-up clears that first.

Credits you pay for last 36 months from the date your top-up is confirmed. We use the oldest first and remind you 60 and 30 days before any expire.

Established dealers can be billed monthly in arrears by arrangement. You get one statement a month and pay by EFT by the 25th.

Used credits aren't refunded in cash. Unused credits are refunded when you're lawfully entitled to a refund. Read the Refund policy.

Yes. TruFlow issues SARS-compliant VAT invoices for your deals, including second-hand goods deals, if your dealership is VAT registered, plus credit notes and the accountant CSV pack.

Open the car in TruFlow, TruLens or TruInspect and tap Valuation. You get trade and retail values for that car. A valuation costs 5 credits, and the price shows on the button before you run it.

Enter the registration or VIN and run the check from inside the system. You see the credit price before you run it. If the check fails or finds no match, you pay nothing.

Not if it's the same check on the same car within a few minutes. Make and model lookup is free in the DMS (R0, logged only).

Yes. Our vehicle data store sells trade and retail values and other vehicle data on their own, with no DMS needed.

The DMS. Stock, costs, floor days, stock ageing, deals, invoices, credit notes and accountant exports. DocHub, inside TruFlow, prints pre-filled eNaTIS RLV and NCO forms, disclosures, receipts and the deal pack. You still submit through the normal eNaTIS process.

The photo studio on your phone. A guided 28-shot set with on-screen outlines, so anyone on the yard shoots each car the same way. There's also a 14-angle set for motorbikes.

Inspections and trade-in appraisals on your phone. A 35-point checklist, a 1 to 10 condition score, photos and notes, saved to the car and filed in DocHub as a condition report.

It looks over the inspection photos and flags possible damage. The inspector checks each one and confirms before anything goes on the report. It helps, it doesn't replace the inspector.

It looks for stock for sale around the country that's priced under the market, so you can find cars to buy. Searches cost credits.

TruChat answers buyers on WhatsApp for you every day. The AI receptionist is a voice agent that answers the phone and books call backs and visits. The social inbox puts your Facebook and Instagram comments and messages in one place inside TruDealers.

Ask it about your stock, ageing cars, leads or deals in plain language and it answers from your own system.

The stock scraper pulls cars for sale off the big SA sites and the stock finder lets you search them by make, model, price and province. Searches cost credits.

It builds branded posts of your stock, with your logo, price and stock number, ready for you to check and send.

Ready-to-send posts every morning and afternoon, your Facebook and Instagram catalogue kept in sync, listing descriptions that stay fresh, one stock feed for SA portals, and a to-do list on your dashboard each morning.
